Biggest complaint is food. I find staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities are up to date. Lately dinning room seems to be short staffed. There are activities scheduled for most of the day, from exercise to soap making. Choose what and if you like. As I said in prior writeups, food menus seem to be a challenge.
A Big 5 on all. What I like most about the community is the great staff, they are very caring and treat you like family. They always make it feel like being at home. I would 1000% percent recommend it to others.

They staff really cares. They are gentle and genuine. I'm so happy my mom is there. Definitely recommend this community based on the experience we have had so far

Overall, Charter is far above the adult facilities we saw in NY state. The most obvious difference was the cleanliness. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and generally speaking, I recommend this place anytime I hear somebody needs to place their parents.

My mom has been doing so well since e she moved into Charter and each day/has great activities planned for her to enjoy and stay active! I do wish the memory care floor area was as open and bright as the remainder of the common areas but the layout does work for the MC residents. The field trips they take are a breathe of fresh air knowing Mom can still get out and about and she has already made a few friends. Staff is helpful, and the food is pretty good. They just have a high turnover rate, and response time is a little slow. But my father is basically nonmobile compared to others who are able to take care of themselves. Nothing terrible like the other facilities he's been at.

The environment is clean and presents like a resort! The staff are caring and love your loved ones when you aren’t there to. A variety of activities in and outside of the facility are offered. I highly recommend considering Charter as an option!

Charter Senior Living of Brookfield is like a gorgeous hotel yet comfortable! Staff was outstanding when Mom was there! Absolute angels!!!
