5 for all. What we like the most about the community is that all were welcoming. They always had activities (live music, games and field trips available). They were easy to communicate with
It's an excellent facility. Staff very professional and caring. Seems there is some sort of activity for everyone each week. Food is tasty and healthy and well prepared. Facility is always very clean. I feel very comfortable with my wife being there. I know she is being well cared for.

The staff is very friendly and kind to all that live there (and visit) . My mother has had some issues and always has help with patient and qualified nursing staff. My mother has now been a resident for a year and loves it. She is thriving with activities and has made friends her own age. She feels less isolated. Always someone near. The care given by the caregivers is above and beyond excellent. The facility treats patients as if they were relatives. They have activities keeping patients active. I am pleased and relieved having selected Charter for [name removed]I would rate overall facility as a "5". [name removed] is healthy and happy. Entire staff and caregivers are rated "5".

I love the “hands on” relationship with the staffers. [Name removed], is the Nursing dept, has been most helpful and supportive. I can’t say enough things about her. Always return runs my phone calls, answer questions and gives information that I’ve requested. place is spacious and open compared to others but still a shock when you have to downsize. food staff, activities, housekeeping and all is adequate considering the amount of people and the care they require.. the price is a shock no matter what to person who has always paid their own way in life but everything is being done for you. bang for the buck i don't know if i could hire all the services and tolerate the situation for what i pay here. i would recommend charter but the lifestyle change is a dozzy. make sure you have a... read more

There were some medication administration issues and the facility seems short staffed on weekends.
My mom moved into Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach about a year ago. Her health as greatly improved because of the excellent nursing care that is provided here. She hasn’t been this happy in a long time! They always have something going on to help keep her engaged and active. Best decision we’ve ever made!
