My mother has lived at Charter for many years. You can not ask for more caring, loving, compassionate people. The staff truly treats each resident like they are family. It’s a warm homelike atmosphere and they even allow pets!

I toured this facility today and was very impressed with the staff and activities taken place during my tour. The residents are very friendly and dogs are welcome there. We had lunch and the food was fabulous- fried chicken!

They do an excellent job in every aspect. Charter Senior Living is the best. They really take care of us here. If you're looking for a great place to live, then this is it.
This is a great place. If your elders need care, this is a great option for that. We are very happy with it.
Charter Senior Living is an excellent facility. It is on the beach and my mother in law said she just isn't a "beach bum". It is quite a ways away from where she is from, so the location was the only reason we did not choose this facility.
We love Charter Senior Living, it was a great place for our loved one. We were not able to go in much because of the covid restrictions, but when we went to go tour before we even committed to this community they gave us a free turkey for Thanksgiving. The administrative team were extraordinary with listening to what we needed and giving us all the direction. Their kindness and patience with our family was amazing, and the day to day staff members there were all angle.s
A Place For Mom ([name removed]) was amazing in helping me find Charter Senior Living for my dad in Panama City Beach, Fl. Charter Senior Living is a clean, beautiful place and their staff is amazing! They are like family and take great care of their residents!
[Name removed] was busy when we got there but other employees were very gracious to offer us beverages while we waited. [name removed] stopped and told us she would be with us in a few minutes. When our interview began, she asked Mom several questions to help her determine Mom's interests, personality and needs. She was thorough in the tour and showed us several residence options. As I walked in there was no odor and it was clean. I meet with John the executive director and he was very nice and genuine. He explain that they wete doing a face lift in the hall ways and fishing some painting in some rooms. He then showed me the rooms and they were nice. I liked the one bedroom however at this time I know that the price is too steep for what my mother can aford.
