I like it a lot very nice. The people was happy.
Like this, Cat is okay. Transportation to dr visits - Dr comes to building on Tuesday and Thursday. Laundry once a week, Cleaning once a week, daily - take out trash
The tour was conducted by director and she was excellent. The facility is charming, clean, safe and inviting. Satff were able to work with us and accomodate financially accommodate us. The room offered is outstanding. I believe he will receive the care needed.
Culturial programs. Convenient for Mom. Located outside the beltway.
I think they need to get details on med management. Charter was not great communicating that all meds need to be on a doctors orders. Even over the counter meds.

My loved one is currently a resident at Charter Senior Living at Woodholme Crossing and the experience has been okay overall, so far. I'm not sure if I would recommend this facility to others as of now.

Appropriate staffing for the residents needs seemed to be in deficit. Lack of staff members understanding the care of the residents. My husband could tell a drop in the offerings on the menu by the end of the month. So consistently offering food selections and consistent staffing and cooking.

I would tell them, that facility is NOT for a diabetic person as my uncle is. Their care for diabetics is not good at all. I chose Charter because of the friendly staff and the facility's atmosphere.
Business response:
Hi, thank you for sharing your positive experience! We're glad to hear we delivered such a great experience. If there's anything further we can do for you, we are happy to help!
Awful place! My parents lived there for several years and hated it. Radically understaffed. People pay thousands of dollars a month to live there so they can get help with activities of daily living. Before you move in, they tell you the average response time between pressing your pendant and a caregiver arriving is 10 or 15 minutes. When that actually happens, it's a minor miracle. It can easily take 30-60 minutes -- if anyone comes at all. Disgraceful.
