Get directionsI am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My brother has moved into Chateau Center Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. It's a lovely place. It's a very clean, lovely environment. The building is not old or shabby. The staff is diverse. It's a diverse community. They offer activities, which is good for my brother. There is a Mens Group that meets twice a month. The men that do not feel comfortable participating in large group activities have an opportunity to congregate with other men over dinner. The s... read more
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My husband is at Chateau Center Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and it's a very nice place. It's not modern and up-to-date, but it is clean. I think the nurses are outstanding and a lot of the staff is really good. Unfortunately, they suffer, like hospitals and other nursing homes, with not enough CNAs. They have to use agency CNAs fairly frequently, but they are in the process of hiring their own CNAs as much as they can to try to add to their staff. So, that&ap... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident We moved my mom into Chateau Center Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, but unfortunately, she passed. She was in long-term care, and she was only there for a week. They were pretty good. They were better than the rehab she was at earlier. It was nice, it was clean, but it was old. It was very friendly. Everyone said hi to you. Like all the workers, they were very friendly. You'd walk in there, they'd all say hi. My mom complained about the food, but it seemed okay. The room ... read more
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother is in Chateau Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for a week now. The staff there is very compassionate, very professional. They seem to have good staffing levels, in fact, they were hiring more people. The room is clean, they had a lot of volunteers to help people out. It's a pleasant experience. They had good grounds, she felt very secure., and she does get to move around. In the physical therapy room, they were busy exercising the residents there, they seemed to... read more
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother has called Chateau Center home for over three years. Not unlike most Seniors, She had a very difficult time transitioning to a long term care skilled nursing facility. It breaks my heart that we can't take care of her! If your loved one is in need of rehab, especially if transition to long term skilled nursing care is required afterword, I would encourage you to entrust your loved one's care to Chateau Center. Residents are truly considered and treated as family ... read more
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was in this facility for over 6 years before she passed away. Just like all places there are good employees and bad employees. I spent time here every week and never met anyone that was anything less than professional. The nurses that I knew were all very caring and I believe they do the best they can considering how many patients they have. I visited several places before deciding to place my mother here and saw some pretty deplorable conditions. I have never ha... read more
I visited this facility The Chateau was clean, I saw the dining area, and everybody seemed self-sufficient. They showed me the therapy area, and it looked fine. I’ve got nothing negative to say about it. I went a few times, and it looked good. They have shared units, it looked clean, and of pretty good size. However, they didn’t have a courtyard.
