I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This is the worst Rehab place ever. My mom was recently there for a month. There is no communication of whatever is going with your family member. They discharge my mother home without equipment and worse without notifying the home care agency to resume my mom HHA. There is no activity for the residents. The food are horrible. The rooms are small. The staff some of them are nice but most of them do not care at all. Worst place ever.

Don’t put anyone here that you love. There are a few great employees but that does not make up for the many terrible ones! I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The 2A dementia care unit was dirty and out dated. They treat the residents like garbage staff was rude and they were always short of staff. The patients just wander around unsupervised it's like a mad house.People were obviously soiled had old food on them old trays stacked up at nursing station people were just eating from it nobody cared very disgusting.Don't bring your loved one here if they need dementia care you can do way better
Other Not Sure how this place was given 4 stars. After touring the place during the day I had decided to bring my mom there for long term care. I brought my mom there and couldn't believe what I saw. The aid coming to help me get my mom out of the car was my first red flag as she came flying down the stairs with the wheel chair then kept ramming the wheel chair into the glass door.. all the residents were lined up in the hallway about 1 p.m and still lined up when I went back at 730..
