I'm short and small, senior with a walker. The driver was so patient with me, he was kind to me when I didn't have the address where I needed to go. He talked to me slowly and he got me to my two destinations and got me back home. I was so grateful to him. I wish I had more money to tip him with. He was worth it... Thank you so much. Lynda.

Our driver failed to drive in a safe manner during the entire trip. He was constantly weaving in and out of lanes at high speeds while on the phone. His erratic driving made the whole trip very uncomfortable. Checker Transportation needs to ensure that drivers follow safety protocol at all times, especially when carrying passengers.

Cab driver Yusuf #195 is very rude he left me at the liquor store because I went in to get change and said I was taking too long ..as long as the meter is running you are paid ...he was so rude and disrespectful

10 minutes late I was late for work and he was a smarty pants I'm so sad that some of us just can't be on time and not rude I scheduled 5am there was KNOW reason for me to be late for work!!!

The driver didn't know where he was going he didn't listen when I was telling him where to go kept missing the turn cause he wasn't focusing plus he didn't have his meter showing.
