I'm short and small, senior with a walker. The driver was so patient with me, he was kind to me when I didn't have the address where I needed to go. He talked to me slowly and he got me to my two destinations and got me back home. I was so grateful to him. I wish I had more money to tip him with. He was worth it... Thank you so much. Lynda.

I missed my appointment due to booked ride never showed nor did I receive any notification. For first time it was very disappointing.
I have called Checker Cab for about six times four out of six times you did not show up and you told me you were coming and did not show up poor service shame on you
