I have been a patient of Dr. Coad for many many years. He recently performed cataract surgery on me and gave me the wonderful gift of sight. He and his staff spent so much quality time with me, asking me how I use my eyes, whether driving, reading, long distance, or computer work. They determined the best kind of lens to use for my severe astigmatism. It has changed my life.

Dr. Coad and his team are wonderful! I recently had cataracts removed, and prep was done with great care and thoughtfulness about my needs and life style. The procedures (2 separate operations) went off without a hitch and the follow up visits were reassuring. I would recommend Dr Coad to anyone who needs eye care!

I had an awful experience today, for the first time. The receptionist was extremely rude! I was late for my appointment for the first time in years. She was talking with me explaining the rules like I was a 5 years old kid or the most stupid person. I will definitely looking for another place to check my eyes. She was very disrespectful and did not care. She was in a such a bad mood. Shame.

I had an eye examination appointment with them, but after going to my appointment, I was told that they would charge $75 because I was seeing a specialist. So I changed my mind and didnt get examinee because I know my other doctor never charged me This was very misleading and a waste of my time. When I booked the appointment on ZocDoc, there was no mention of an extra fee. They wasted my very valuable time. I am writing this so you don’t waste yours.
