I have been a patient of Dr. Coad for many many years. He recently performed cataract surgery on me and gave me the wonderful gift of sight. He and his staff spent so much quality time with me, asking me how I use my eyes, whether driving, reading, long distance, or computer work. They determined the best kind of lens to use for my severe astigmatism. It has changed my life.
Dr. Coad and his team are wonderful! I recently had cataracts removed, and prep was done with great care and thoughtfulness about my needs and life style. The procedures (2 separate operations) went off without a hitch and the follow up visits were reassuring. I would recommend Dr Coad to anyone who needs eye care!
I had an awful experience today, for the first time. The receptionist was extremely rude! I was late for my appointment for the first time in years. She was talking with me explaining the rules like I was a 5 years old kid or the most stupid person. I will definitely looking for another place to check my eyes. She was very disrespectful and did not care. She was in a such a bad mood. Shame.
Vace and Essen smoothed my journey through cataract surgery immeasurably. During multiple talks with Vace in person and on the phone she explained, clarified the steps on pages of instructions. Her experience and patience pre-surgery made my hospital visits stressless. On checkup visits post-surgery Essen’s upbeat personality, experience and professionalism were so appreciated. As usual, Dr Coad has been a superstar for years. My surgery was a huge success.
