Where do I even begin? I had always been told I would need glasses for the rest of my life, until I walked into Chelsea Eye. I have had two totally successful cataract surgeries with Chelsea Eye Ophthalmology over the first couple of months of 2016, specifically with Dr. Christopher Coad and his wonderful assistant, Vace Marisenovic. Dr. Coad and Christine at Chelsea Eye were absolutely wonderful. They were incredibly informative, detailed, caring, and thoughtful during the entire LASIK process, from consultation to procedure. They really make sure that you are as comfortable as possible during the operation. They explained all of the steps to me and answered all of my questions. I got Lasik from Dr. Coad two months ago and it is incredible! I had moderately poor eyesight so that I constantly wore contacts and had to wear glasses in the evening. Honestly, wearing glasses for 10 days before surgery was the hardest part of the whole process! In spite of my fear, Christine and Dr. Coad made me feel totally comfortable and optimistic about getting the surgery without making me feel pushed to buy it. I got my Lasik surgery done with Dr. Coad and Christine at Chelsea Eye & Cosmetic Surgery on September 2 of this year. It was amazing to work with them. I had gone to the clinic for my regular eye exams throughout the years and Lasik was always an idea in the back of my head due to my small prescription (-1.00 in each eye) until I got tired of wearing glasses and I went for it. Dr Coad and his staff were amazing. I wasn't planning on getting Lasik, but they made me feel so comfortable, I could resist. Immediately after, I was able to see stellar. Definitely would go back!

My experiente with chelsea eyes and cosmetics was one in a lifetime, everything happened exactly the way, they described. The procedure took ten minutes, and i left the place walking to my hotel. On the next day, i was walking around the time square, seeing everything as i never had a lasik. I just have to thank, Christine, Dr. Coad and all the team, they were amazing. I cannot say enough fantastic things about both Dr. Coad and Christine. I had been referred by my eye doctor to a different practice and had an extremely difficult time trying to set up a consultation. I remembered that I had a consult for a different procedure at Chelsea Eye and on a whim, reached out to get more information.
