The restaurant was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Most importantly, the food was excellent! (Calamari, crab, burger and turkey burger)
Advertise the special view but at night you can’t see anything more than the Days Inn next door. The food was okay but the wine was not. We expected better and the place was just okay
Always a great meal and service. The shrimp and grits are an absolute must. Shucks even the salad is delicious. Love the atmosphere and view of the ocean. Nice addition to the Tropicana.

Beautiful restaurant with ocean views from all tables. Service was amazing, as was the food! Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning!
Off season, the Gastropub is open weekends. A Saturday nite in April. 90% full of convivial diners. Great location. Ocean views. Ate light fare. The "Partnering with Autism (charity) burger. Arugula, tomato, blue cheese riding on a cooked to order beef burger. Succulent dill topped the sandwich. Fries and a charitable donation included in the $18 price. Excellent dining experience.
We really enjoyed our visit. Outstanding service and super nice staff. Thank you. Great selection of whisky and libations. wonderful raw bar. plump huge oysters and large lumps of crab for starters. Nice views. Ahi tuna tacos were ok. Loaded with fish, needed more pizazz like maybe wasabi, more avocado salsa or something. We love the Chelsea 5 Gastro Pub. The food is very good and the front desk and wait staff go above and beyond to please you. It is our new go to place in the Tropicana.
