Excellent in every facet.
I've been to Chelsea 5 twice. The food is very good, and the servers are friendly. Unfortunately, both times the entrees came out 45 minutes after the appetizers, way too long to wait. I can only assume it will be this way for a while , until the kitchen learns how to expedite orders better, so it will be a while til I go back.

We were there the second night it was open and the food especially for the opening weekend was phenomenal. The service was tremendous. It just seemed a little bright in the dining room for dinner dining. It felt more like eating in a diner. But I will definitely be back because the food was very reasonably priced and delicious.

Food was good, atmosphere could be a lot better. Seating arrangements are very good issue is lighting, way too bright to be a "special occasion" or 'romantic" unless you're taking your nearly blind 90 yr old grandmother out for her birthday. I did enjoy food and all staff were very attentive and pleasant, needs some minor kinks fixed but it is a new restaurant. Will try again for sure.
Great food great service great value and great views
Had a great time from the start to finish!! We had a cocktail at whiskey five before going to dinner to Chelsea five with the most beautiful view!! Chef Al came out and congratulated us on our anniversary!!!! Adam the manager was great on suggesting my cocktail!!!.. overall food, cocktail and service was great!!
We had a great meal and time. Food was thoughtfully prepared and very tasty. Service and management was very warm and friendly, especially with children. Best views of the ocean of any restaurant in Atlantic city.
