Zach was extremely patient with us over the 10 months we spent looking for our perfect home. We had a pretty extensive "needs" list which made it difficult to find. Zach would email us houses and showed us several of them and we were reaching the point of giving up and renting until we found the one. There were multiple offers put in on "our" house and I doubted that we would be able to complete in a bidding war. I have never had a real estate agent that has put so much time into making everything go so smooth. Cherrie was so professional and went above and beyond what a normal agent would do. Her team Zach and Roxanne all made selling my home seamless. I decided to list in November which isn't the best time and yet the house sold in 11 days. I could write a book with reasons why you should hire Cherrie. Ultimately, I chose Cherrie because I am a results driven person and I value my time and money. The team of Cherrie and Zack sold my home in Valencia in about one week and I couldn't have been happier with all the hard work they put in from start to finish. Brilliantly captivating and the best in the business. Cherie is the best! Smart, knowledgeable, good listener, gets you what you want, always willing to go the extra yard and is easy on the eyes. If you live in Santa Clarita or anywhere in Southern California I suggest to use Cherrie Brown if you want more bang for your buck. She will always have my business.
