Zach had our home sold almost before my wife and I signed on as Zach's client! It was that fast. I've sold a few houses in the past and I have to say using Zach as our realtor was the best experience I've ever had. He did more than required to make sure we were totally satisfied. Zach even completed things the buying realtor was supposed to do. After selling our home Zach set up a realtor in another state where we were moving to. That experience was again a pleasant one.

Rael found the tenants for our home within 1 week. We really had to lean on her for all matters as this was the first time we had ever been landlords. She was extremely honest, knew what she was doing, helped us screen our potential tenants, gave her professional opinion on the potential tenants. We couldn't be any happier with our tenants. We wish she was still our property manager as we always felt at ease and never worried as we knew Rael ALWAYS looked out for our best interest. We recommend Rael 110%.

Rael helped me purchase my home in 2009. She was extremely helpful. With how quick the homes were selling I thought it would never be possible working 16 hrs a day.
