I absolutely love Cherrie and Zach. We wasted a month on the market when it was super hot (even during COVID), with a totally useless realtor and when we finally pulled the plug, in came Cherrie to the rescue. From the moment we met Zach and Cherrie we knew they were the ones to hire to sell our home. They came to us with a game plan, we listened to them and ended up selling our house for $40k over asking price. During the process, they always communicated with us and responded to us timely.
