Cherrie did a great job selling my house despite some major trials and tribulations along the way. Things started out promising enough as she helped get my house ready to show and stirred up enough enthusiasm that I got a couple offers the first weekend that were above the asking price. This review is long overdue. This has been the second time I've had Zach and Cherrie assist a referral of mine buy and sell a home. There is a very good reason Zach and Cherrie are Santa Clarita's top agents. They are efficient, honest, thoughtful and very customer driven through the entire home buying/selling process. Ok so we were one of those unlucky ones that had to deal with litigation because there are people out there that are unreasonable, dishonest and try to take advantage of people. Zach and Cherrie were there for us through all THREE years of court battle! Take it from us THAT's how you know this team is always for you and have your best interest in mind.
