Zach helped my husband and I find our first home after being with 2 other agents. He is hands down super knowledgeable about the Santa Clarita Valley and knows how to negotiate. Cherrie motivated us, gave us a tight schedule to ensure we could put our house on the market and sell before interest rates rose, while other realtors didn't impress upon us this sense of urgency. As a result, we achieved above asking. She has a model and team built for the current times, leaning into who are the optimal buyers and how best to reach them. She is unbelievably responsive and provides clear answers to what can be an overwhelming process and amount of paperwork. I'd recommend her to anyone.

Having bought and sold several homes over the years, I can honestly say that Cherrie and Zach put the most effort into making sure my home sold for top dollar. The service was amazing, from helping me declutter and arrange furniture, to providing services to help finish up some small projects. The marketing was the best I have ever seen. 3D walkthrough, overhead drone footage, Facebook ads, a YouTube video. They made sure my property was in high demand.
