These are true ROCKSTARS!! Besides hiring the best of the best painters, cleaners, trash haulers for my Mother In Laws home- the home was sold before it hit the market!! Closed in 30 days too- I couldn't have asked for a more seamless process. Communication skills are top notch with an incredible sense of the market and how to move a house quick! Love them and would give them 10 stars if I could!

There is a reason why Cherrie & Zach are doing so well in the real estate business. During the entire process of selling our home, not once did Cherrie tell us you must take this offer, you won't get any thing better. As a matter of fact, we did not accept the highest offer on our house, we accepted the offer that made the most sense for us. It was more about the relationship with Cherrie, not the sale of the home.
