I came here for my annual check up, it was a fast process. Not like other doctor’s offices where you wait like a million hours to see a doctor or nurse practitioner. The appointment was fast but thorough. I definitely will recommend to others and will come back to this office. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
In addition to being a consummate professional, Susanne Richards is funny, compassionate, and kind-hearted. She put me right at ease and made me feel cared for. The other members of the team were wonderful too - very friendly and helpful!
I’ve had the pleasure to be seen annually by Suzanne Richards & recently by Dr Slavish, who performed my hysterectomy. Both are highly qualified, caring & compassionate individuals who value your time and take extra steps to make sure you’re comfortable and answer any and all questions. I’ve been at this practice since 2014 & can’t imagine being seen anywhere else. Highly recommend!
I like the front desk girls at West Chester a bit better, they're slightly friendlier. The bathrooms and office are nice and clean. My medical assistant Diane was great and was a very good listener. The doc was wonderful as usual
I wanted to provide feedback on my recent gynecologist appointment, which was excellent largely due to the doctor's exceptional care. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the appointment, making me feel comfortable and reassured. Dr Ferreira took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations and guidance. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the quality of care I received and look forward to future appointments with Dr. Ferreira.
