You know the nightmares that you have where you're under anesthesia, but you're actually awake, can feel everything, have to hold your jaw open, but cannot express beyond your eyes being wide open that you're in excruciating pain? rude receptionist, they don't call back when you have an important question about a new prescription. The surgeon was nice. He needs to hire better office workers.

Well I don't think I would even give you 1 star, but my daughter and I liked Dr Tandon a lot. We were scheduled to come in on April 6, 2022 at 2 to be there at 130pm because we were a new patient. So, the day before Margie called and confirmed the appointment and told me a different time and I questionEd her about it and she came off and said I'm telling you to come in at 1 instead because they rearranged there appointments for me , when clearly I never told them to do that. My wife had a wisdom tooth extracted here. The office submitted the claim to our insurance, and the EOB came back saying we owed $574. My wife paid the difference between that amount and what she paid upfront. Nevertheless, the office continues to bill us for an additional $420 plus late fees. When my wife called to complain, they gave her some bogus reason why what our insurance company was telling us was incorrect. My wife does medical billing for a living and knew they were wrong. I would never go to this dentist office. The staff is incompetent and may reflect also on the Drs. The staff could not cogently explain where its office is located. Rather than giving cross streets the staff gave me sites e.g. across from Dupage Medical at an animal hospital, near a green bridge , by a church. When I arrived at a Dupage medical office across from a veterinarian office I called and asked if I was at the right place. The staff said yes. When I asked where is the office. I was seen at the Plainfield office by Dr. Tandon and it was the worst experience I've ever received from a dentist on my life. The Doctor took no concern of the pain he was inflicting on me nor did the assistant that was there. They both ignored every effort I made during the procedure and afterwards about the pain I was in . I would not recommend this establishment.

I made an appointment in their Plainfield office to get an estimate for an implant. Can not tell anything about the level of surgeon's expertise since I decided to do implant elsewhere, but i definitely was not happy about his office staff. Based on my experience with other providers an estimate requires so called problem focused oral exam along with a simple x-ray (both covered by insurance). Do not go to this place! My daughter had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. They never called my insurance even though i asked 6 weeks in advance what my out of pocket was going to be. They told my dayghter it was 300 when she called but billed me over1000 when we went in. They never informed us that they were out of network either. Crooks!!

Dr. Bruno at the Plainfield office was exceptional for my consult and surgery. My low rating is due to their front desk. I will never go to the Plainfield office again simply because the receptionist is completely rude, lacks bed side manner and truly never tries to help with any questions. Uses the sweet receptionist voice when you know she is just belittling you. I am completely appalled that they would let someone like that work as a receptionist. She represents the whole office very poorly.
