My 28 year old daughter who needed 2 wisdom teeth extracted went to Orland Park office. 220.00 for consult and convinced her she needed IV sedation in addition to local anesthetic. She was in pain and pain subsided a good bit after antibiotics. Office manager Donna came up with treatment plan for $1845 which included $560.00 for each tooth (very high end for tooth extraction) and $727.00 for IV sedation. Went to Plainfield office for extraction, and spoke to them about not needing IV sedation to help save money, as she is si... read more

I was in the Plainfield office with my son and was appalled by the way the desk staff treated prospective clients in the small waiting area. The girls behind the desk should understand that after they close their two way glass that everyone in the waiting area can still hear them talking about clients. They were rude and unprofessional. It is a shame because the doctors seemed nice. Customer service behind the desk needs to be dealt with considering HIPPA laws are serious and they even passed that sheet out. Maybe the staff... read more

The dental work was good. However, they did not accept the X-ray from the dentist so $90 for a panoramic that the insurance didn't pay because I had X-rays already done at the dentist office. This was for one molar removed. After the X-ray that was instantly available via computer, the Dr. told me there was a good chance there would be a hole into my sinus cavity because it came down low. At this point if not sooner the Dr. (in my opinion) should have checked my medical insurance. I thought this was going to be a dental... read more

I was referred to this place by a root canal dentist who said that he could not do a root canal because the tooth could not be saved. While I was in terrible pain, the dentist at Chicago Dental Implants (now called Center for Dental Implants) tried to talk me into a new dental implant, which wouldn't be done until several months after the extraction. I advised that I just wanted the tooth pulled and did not want to make a decision on what I would do in the future, since he said that the implant was expensive. I had advised t... read more

My son went there for a wisdom tooth extraction. They missed his veins 3 times, my son is very fit and has great veins so there's no excuse for that. It caused him undo distress. Then to top it off they hit us with a $47 "comprehensive exam" fee that's not covered by insurance. We'll go somewhere else if we need this type of service in the future.
