Everything was great but during flu test you can swab inside of nose a bit more gentle no need to hurt child

Everyone was so great with my 3.5 year old at every point of our visit (he swallowed a nickel). He's very active and impulsive and alright although this isn't a children's ER, it felt like it could have been by the positive interactions he had with the staff. Everything felt pretty easy as well. It wasn't a very busy day, which helps, but either way... we had a good of an experience as we could have!
