Sample was sent to lab incorrectly without a label?? what kind of carelessness it this? Is it because we were the last patient and everyone was rushing to go home? They want us to come for a nose swab again so they could send to the lab with correction? Height of carelessness!!!

A 50 minute wait even with an appointment , we would have almost left in a minute or two if nurse didnt calls us in at that moment . Also the nurse should do better with being slightly apologetic for the long wait and a little compassionate with my childs sickness, The Physician was great

No I have to say I’m disappointed in how our son’s visit went . I had a complete different experience with my younger son but my oldest with special needs I did not like how the Dr did not prescribe him a medication after days waiting for result to come back if he had strep or the flu . My other son did not have to wait to get his results and yet we waiting days and had to call you for any information . We were also brushed off several times when we called. We had an appointment at 3, saw a PA at 4:30, zero communication about being behind schedule, PA stated there isn’t a need to test for anything, came home, started running a fever again, we’ve called 3 times, hung up on 3 times, 4th time we’re told the nurse would give us a call back. We gave up on the call, drove back (he was running a 102.3 fever), they stated I declined the test (never happened, in fact, the PA stated several times a test wasn’t needed and proceeded to discuss acid reflux???). If I could rate this a NO STAR I would! My son never got helped. The staff was too busy overlooking me and the other family because we clearly weren’t white enough! A when we brought it to their attention all they could say is “well you didn’t let us know you were concerned for your child!” EXCUSE THE HELL OUT OF ME!!!! Billing department is awful. They double charged us for stitches and we have not been able to get a refund for over four months. I have had to call 5 times and have still not had a result.
Got two views of an X-ray. The lateral view was a mess and unable to view. Doctor said no fracture. Radiologist then said there was a fracture. Referred to ortho. They had to repeat the X-rays because quote from the Ortho “this lateral view is the worst X-ray I have even seen. Looks like a child tried to do it” Surprise, no fracture noted. It was not helpful at all. You ran one test because I asked for it and sent us home. 6 days of upper respiratory infection not defected because I’m not sure why.
