I moved here in January the office staff is always so nice and anxious to help. The community is clean and well lit. My place is awesome I totally live it. Maintenance guys are always on doing whatever it takes to fix your request. Exterminator comes to spray but I never have bugs. Which is good. The walls seems to be good I never hear my next door neighbour or know who exist unless I see them going in or leaving. I always find parking coming in late at nights. Do not move here. I have been here going on six years. It was OK when I moved in but has gotten loud with music all hours. Cars are broken into more now. Maintenance is bad. Front office does nothing about it. I will leave when lease is over.

I lived here since October DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are horrible the wood underneath my sinks is rotting and there is a bad BROWN RECLUSE INFESTATION

I went there for a tour on Saturday and no one ever opened the office! I called on Monday, asked for the mgr and she went off on me when I told her i waited outside for a tour for nothing. Based on other reviews, i see that i dodged a bullet. DO MOVE HERE! i also spoke to one of the residents who said her rent is never posted on time and how they add late fees to her account, even though she always pays on time! i have never seen a property run so poorly!

Poor management team.. maintenance does not care to fix anything. They will lock the office door and eat lunch while you wait outside and they leave early on Saturdays...

I applied for an apt back in June Paid for the fees and the application cost for me and my fiancé, sent all the documents and they told me to wait for a week to see if we were approved, it was always a problem to get in contact with someone, we are military and we needed to know because we were on our units time to move, after the week they called and said the apt was listed by mistake and there was no apt Available until August then said we will get a check with our money back, they only sent half. I lived at Chimney Top Apartments in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, unremodeled unit, for two years after my divorce. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. A few key points. -The shower in the hall bathroom never worked properly, even after maintenance staff "fixed" the shower. -The dishwasher never worked properly, even after maintenance staff "fixed" it. I have lived here for 8 years and 3 difference apartments,since I been here in the last 2 years I've had nothing but problems with this management, I've had my apartment vandalized on three occasions and there was no forest entry meaning someone from the maintenance or office personnel came in my home while I was working and took firearms,you can not trust them in your home if your not there,i had to call 911 and the police department and right after that I spoke to the office manager Jennifer and given her a copy... read more
