My fiancé and I lived here for about a year. It has been a miserable experience. Our unit was supposed to be renovated, but the kitchen is a disaster. Wall paneling was falling off and there was mold beneath the sink. We've had everything from brown recluse spiders to cockroaches in our apartment, despite calls to the exterminator. This does not deserve a star. I live here. And I have had to call the office 30 times for assistance. They obviously have caller id because they answer unknown numbers. The last time they didn't answer, I went inside the gym beside the office and called10 times, and watched them have a conversation while the phone rang. Why do you treat your tenants like this? If you value your health or safety stay away, maintenance is a joke that only half way fixes things if they are deemed minor to them and will ignore all big problems such as mold, leaking windows and hvac system that has electrical shorts and tries to catch fire when you use it, ive been here a year and cant wait to leave before this place burns down, floods or is completely taken over by black mold, all of which doesnt seem to matter to them. I lived here for 6 months. Office staff is very nice and friendly and they are renovating the apartments, which is nice. Unfortunately if you don't have one of the renovated units you are at the bottom of the list for maintenance requests. I had black widows, mold, and trashy carpet. The mold took over a month and multiple (5+) maintenance requests, threatening to go to corporate, and withholding rent to fix.
