Such a painful process. Terrible communication. Constantly asking for duplicate documents stating info was missing but just didn’t look. No idea about rate % until shortly before closing. Told me he was sure I was committing occupany fraud and that I was lying. Wanted proof of residency after loan completion. Did not relay info to title company after repeated requests.
I guess it's just as simple as that! We never even heard from him. I received a text from someone in his company, but they never texted/called after that. Can't recommend someone who doesn't take the time to follow up.
