This was our second home purchase. Chip and Rhonda made this process extremely simple from the the day of application to the closing table. Any questions that we had, were answered in a timely manner. When we needed to be being in contact with either Chip or Rhonda was simple, they were there for us! We enjoyed working with Chip and Rhonda, we can not sing enough praise about OVM!
My lender was great. I was kept informed of the process every step of the way. Chip and Rhonda are fantastic. They are timely, professional and explained everything.
Chip helped us so much! Through him, we were able to not only buy a new house but keep our old one as a rental property. Other lenders told us it was not possible, but Chip made it happen! He made the entire process easy and seamless.
