Trying to eat healthy...what a mess at Bridgewater Chipotle. White rice bin full, brown empty so what is employee making; more white rice off course. I got the last of the black beans [more like soup] and I got the last of the chicken [which was not even a scoop and when I questioned "that's it "?" employee replies "well you normally get one scoop"]. This is why CMG stock is right at a 52 week low only $6B of market cap "poof" in a year! It's Pancheros Mexican Grill next time!!!!! #NewMgtWanted
Just left Crocker Park location. Music way too loud! Weird!
I visited the one on 1 Metrotech in Brooklyn and had to wait 20 minutes for chicken to be added to my chicken bowl AND I had over cooked rice! I was so disappointed with my bowl :(
Holy garbage.. Huge mismanaged line, orders made incorrectly, disgusting establishment, garbage and food all over the tables and floors, no straws or napkins. How could a chain restaurant operate like this? Ohh Panchero's, I'm sorry I cheated on you

I visited Chipotle in Bridgewater NJ Saturday the 13th and had a terrible experience with the staff and General manager Marco Lema. He Assumed I had an attitude and made it very clear to me that my complaint didn't matter him. What took me over the top was he offered to give me money back for food that I stood in line for 25 minutes. Marco was very condescending, Rude and confrontational.. Food is alright. We've been going to Desert Moon lately. Went back to Chipotle and the chips were nothing but salt, but the worst was the chips and apple juices included in our kids' meals were, in fact, not included in our kids' meals when we got home and opened the bags. :/
