The food is great but this location is 1 star at best. The issue is the online ordering system. Because there's two large office buildings & a hotel across the street the online orders back the line out of the door. The chaos the online orders create is an absurdist nightmare. They regularly get mixed up at the register so now everyone's burritos are lost & confused, workers have to reopen burritos & start polling customers over who had what. A total MESS! Always a long line out the door. Usually takes 40 mins to get through. Doesn't seem well run to us.
The wait is ridiculous I can't come here anymore.
While the food is excellent at any Chipotle, this particular location is stingy with their portions. Last night my burrito bowl was only half full because I failed to observe the server dishing it out. Make sure you watch them like a hawk and don't be shy to ask them to put more on. The South Plainfield and Springfield locations are much more generous with their portions. Last night was the last straw for me for this location.
