Make sure you get a burrito at chipotle. There are huge and at a good price. Quick and easy in and out for Mexican food with several locations around town.
A Mexican burrito that you must try!! I loved the idea of choosing the toppings and creating my own sandwich. Besides the huge portion, the burrito tastes amazing.
Awful wait times! way understaffed, poorly managed. Always at least a 10-15 minute wait in line, up to 25 min sometimes. Only 3 people working the counter, not nearly enough table space. Very poorly managed.
Rude Management. I'm a Chipotle addict and frequent this location about 2-3 times a week. I mostly place my orders online and for the most part they get them right and they are ready when I arrive. Today I placed an order to be picked up at 1:45pm. I got stuck picking up something at Dollar General so I was 30 minutes late to pick up my order. Disappointment. We are used to fair portions, and friendly service. We were highly disappointed in both areas. The employees acted as if we were bothering them as they RUSHED us through (they were not that busy). The portions were extremely small and when we ate our food, it seems quite watery at the bottom of the bowls. We drove over twenty miles just to have a nice meal. We wont do it again, or at least not for a meal at chipotle.
Who doesn't like Chipotle?
Really Good. There is not a lot a selection but what the burritos, tocos, and bowls are awesome. It is 10 times better than that place they call a restaurant ( Moes). Some of the best southwest I have ever had.
Good for our community!. Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hoover, AL was so awesome about donating $500-worth of burritos to our Mudbowl Ultimate Frisbee Tournament this past weekend! Proceeds from the event benefited Pathways, a nonprofit that provides services to homeless women and children in Birmingham. Because of their generosity, more money that was raised can be used to help homeless families get back on their feet. And it was a perfect lunch for 100 hungry players who came out to support the cause! Thank you Chipotle!
It sucked that there wasn't many options. But my burrito still tasted pretty good.
