It's a shame the service has gotten so bad. I really liked Chipotle, but the experience depends on who is making your food. I went in today, and I ordered steak tacos🌮 . My tacos were filled with cut-up cubed fat instead of steak. The butcher and server are aware they served it that way. Shame on you.
I came in to this place today and was appalled at the service and quality of food. It was disgustingly dirty, the young lady dishing out the food was absolutely miserable and proceeded to give the guy in front of me 3 times the amount of food in his bowl then I received. Not only that but she didn't drain the water from the beans or corn, and my bowl was a soaking wet pile of garbage. I asked for a small amount of cheese and she threw on 2 handfuls. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews of chipotle lately but I didn’t have that experience here. I watched for the skimping on portions but I didn’t notice anything like that, either. Also the counters were clean.
I took my mom to your restaurant today she had never been to a Chipotle I have never been so disgusted and disappointed the first person that we saw was rude no welcome to chipotle what can I get you… it was what do u want They were out of black beans chicken guacamole half the salsas sour cream If I would have had it my way we would have left and the place was discusting . The rice was hard as a rock Won’t be going there anymore would love a refund!
This location has gone severely down hill. The staff walks around demoralized with no sense of urgency, no sense of leadership. Wait times are always beyond long, along with the cleanliness - has continued to trend poorly for months. Two upper management individuals i have seen the last several visits, whom the crew tells me are named 'Steve' and 'Taylor' were also present.
