Great Salsa!. Chipotle is ok, but I much prefer Baja Fresh. However Chipotle has much better salsa than Baja Fresh.
She really liked it. I really didn't. In spite of my very clear instructions regarding cilantro, it was in everything including what would have been a very good made to order guacamole. Ruined everything for me as cilantro tastes of listerine and old socks to me. With so much great Mexican available up and down the valley there is no reason for second chances here. Happily moving on....
I love Chipotle. The food is fresh and they do a great job of purchasing their food locally. The chips and guacamole are fantastic addition to any taco or burrito.
There's a reason............... This place is to Mexican food what McDonald's is to American fare. The chain was conceived and created by McDonald's Corporation. It's not especially good and it's not especially cheap. I think McDonald's sold the chain around 2006, but little has changed in the interim.
