I found someone’s wallet. Turned it into Management and they put it in the safe. The Manager came over and thanked me for being so honest. He asked how my meal was and thanked me for my business.
The food tasted good but I was very disappointed to find a huge piece of shelled avacado in my guacamole on my bowl. Workers need to be more careful.
Needs a cleaner, more modern atmosphere...otherwise it's a great place with VERY tasty burritos
Second time there, staff remembered me and were as cheerful and happy as the first time. Will be going there many, many more times.
First of all- BEST store- BEST Customer Service at least by these people. They all deserve some kind of recognition for their great Customer Service they offered me and every one in the store. HANNAH- you sweetheart are an amazing person- and a hard worker. Keijvan, Sam(the girl) Mikko, John, Tyler. Thank you for being wonderful, and for being customer focused.
Just enough bite but not so hot u can't eat it. Hastings is very clean and girls are friendly. Wish Grand Rapids had one.
Fablous food. Great service. Wish they had salt and pepper shakers.
Chipotle is tasty, and quality ingredients. With that said , I don't remember the last time my burrito was stuffed good n full. Don't be scared, I trust your wrapping skills. #WhenDidChipotleAdoptStrictPortionControl
The other day I went to Hastings to have a special lunch with my daughter, and had my purse but my wallet was not in it :( I was able to find some cash in my car, but not quite enough for the bill. The lady was so nice, didn't embarrass me at all and just took the cash I had. She completely made my day and my daughters. I am not sure I have ever done this, and I appreciate the compassion more than I can say. Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you!
