I ordered a burrito bowl and they served me very little food and when we asked her to add a little more, the woman employee closed my burrito. I am very disappointed because you pay a lot of money for that food and very little is served. especially the chipotle in Hastings Mn

I placed a pick up order on my way home tonight for 8:30. My usual steak bowl, white rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, corn salsa, lettuce. My bowl is missing the steak, rice and corn salsa. It was an hour and a half from close and the store was busy. I get not wanting food waist, but this is unacceptable. Make more, you’re busy and you need to fulfill orders how they were placed. HUGE shout out, kudos and accolades to the outstanding crew at the Hastings Chipotle!!! They handled an absolutely massive special occasion order for staff at the local hospital. They nailed every order, the food tasted amazing, and they had it ready to go on time. An incredible feat of strength by your team this morning and so, so appreciated!!

Hands down the best chipotle in the state of Minnesota. Always very friendly and the line always moves fast. The portions are very generous as well. When you order ahead online it’s always done before or on time.
