I recently visited the Chipotle on Ford Parkway in Saint Paul, and unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards I’ve come to expect from this chain. During my visit around dinner time , I immediately noticed the lack of cleanliness throughout the restaurant. The dining area had trash on several tables, and the floor seemed as though it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a significant amount of time. There was trash on almost every table . I ordered on Uber eats, and when I received my Bowl the lid was messed up and when I opened it, it looked like this. I worked at Chipotle before and It’s not supposed to be looking like this. They forgot, forks as well. They need to do something about that I mean the last time I had chipotle Was so good but this time it wasn’t looking so good

Portion sizes were significantly smaller than other twin cities locations. Ordered 2 burritos and neither one had fajita veggies. The place wasn't exactly clean either. You're better off going somewhere else.

I made an online order for a cheese quesadilla and steak tacos (with rice and cheese). The estimated pick up time was 6:20 and it was not available for pick up for over 30 minutes at 7:00. Not only did they forget an ENTIRE quesadilla, they did not add the cheese onto my steak tacos. The service was absolutely horrible. Then, I tried to call the location to ask for a refund and I was connected to an AI bot who tried taking another online order. I asked to get connected to a team member and it then tried taking another order.

Decided to go to this location given I was nearby and hungry. One exterior door was locked and has been for many months. Female worker starting orders seemed to be annoyed and didn't greet customers. Male employee in rear of kitchen was running his hands through his hair and did not wash them afterwards nor did he put on gloves. When I said NO LETTUCE at the toppings area to finalize my order that was getting cold he asked if I wanted Lettuce. I had to remind him I already said NO.
