My spicy experiance. The knew website is great a little confusing at first but got the hang of it.
Staff is a bunch of young kids who couldn't cook meal if their life depended on it. Beans were hard and undercooked. Meat was raw. Veggies were burnt and gross. When we said something to the manager and wanted a refund for the uncooked food he said he couldn't do anything about it. TERRIBLE.
Disappointed. I have always enjoyed burritos at Chipotle. I have really enjoyed owning their stock and watching it appreciate. However, ever since they had to lay off the Hispanic workers, service and technical skill has declined seriously. I have had several burritos just come apart. The service, well it is just the lazy, who cares attitude you get elsewhere. Except the prices still reflect the high quality you used to expect.
Foul!. I actually liked this place when it first opened. Now, though, it seems like I'm eating the slick commodity of a corporation and I always leave with a bad taste in my mouth. For a truly authentic burrito, try Pineda.
