Wahhhhh! No guacamole and the poor staff is always understaffed there 🥑😭
I had more lettuce quack and other stuff than the rice tofu and beans. Was kind of annoying. And my food was cold.
I agree with Nate. Right back to how they were if not worse..
Apparently the Chan Chipotle is back to being unprepared for the summer crowds... make sure to ask if they have things like rice before ordering anything... we love Chipotle but it's really frustrating when they're out of essentials.... just visited again 7/10 and they forgot to bag part of our order drove all the way home to find out it was missing to go back for them not to even apologize... I think it's time to start driving back to EP
Terrible customer service. I asked the line server for barbacoa in my bowl and all she did was look at me and shake her head like I was talking in a whole different language, and gave me chicken instead. I even pointed it out on the menu and she still didn't know what I was talking about, and of course it was lunch rush so no one else stepped in to help! ×-( This is the second time I get terrible service from them. ×-( ×-( ×-( ×-(
