Chipotle is known for their ginormous burritos and the bowls normally have plenty too. So when we go I usually get one for my ten and eleven year old to split(even though they eat like they're grown men) The one time we ordered online from this location I drove there picked it up and headed back to the lake(in Mound) where we were fishing, get our food out if the bag and am instantly frustrated with how small their burrito is. For some reason whenever I order online for pick up... They can never get my bowl right. I pay for extra chicken I expect to have more then a couple pieces of chicken in my bowl. This is twice in a week span that the same thing has happened. I don't have time to check the bowl at the counter. BEWARE ORDERING ONLINE.
For some reason this location cannot get it right. They managed to mess up both of my orders last night. It was prime hours at 7 o'clock with a line out the door and they had one person working on the line. She also split me and the rest of my party up so she could make online orders and I had to wait there even longer than I already had. By the time I drove the 30+ minutes home I realized my order was incorrect. Super disappointing.
I love Chipotle and use to get it all the time. For some reason, every time I eat the food from this restaurant, it taste horrible. I have stopped eating my meal on 3 occasions now, despite being quite hungry, because the food was so distasteful. Lacking the majority of Chipotle’s signature taste, mushy rice, dried out meat, just bland.. Quite disappointed. I would strongly advise against eating at this location.
Nasty experience. No clean tables. They made my food wrong, and rather than remake it, they reached into it and dumped out part. Truly Nasty!
They are always out of something. Today it was Barbacoa AND Carnitas. Worthless.
chicken was burnt and crunchy on the burnt side today. very disappointed. 3 of us got chicken on a to go order so when we got home no one would eat it. money down the drain
Usually love this place but today sucked . I got a veggie burrito and wanted black bean and rice with sour cream, salsa and guacamole. I got a sour cream and guac burrito with a little rice and beans. WTF. My mom wanted a quesadilla and they had to charge extra for a burrito. And only gave he 3 peppers and onions. Spending veggies.
The absolute slowest store in the Metro. Hands down.
