Great waitress but usually there would be at least 2 waiters for larger parties. She was able to keep up with all our demands even with the 16 person party.
I’ve dined at Chocolat prior to reserving a table for my mother’s birthday. Let’s just say if you want to turn up on a Sunday afternoon for “brunch” with cursing flowing through the speakers requiring you to either yell at the members of your party or start moving and shaking like your at a day party then look no further. However, if you want to converse during your meal then visit on another day preferably the weekday. The food is delicious but the atmosphere must align all times.

The food was excellent and the service music was nice and comfortable had a good time and celebrate my birthday
My first experience at Chocolat was great. Great drinks (Bellini’s & The Harlem Manhattan) , great food (Lamb chops) and the nicely lit atmosphere allowed for a great first date (yes there was a second date). Lol. Definitely recommend this place.
Everything was perfect. The Food, the Host, the Service!! I will definitely be going back.
Wow! The braised beef over mashed potatoes and greens was outstanding. The best I’ve ever had. I also ordered the homemade buttermilk biscuits with honey they were melt in you mouth delicious. My daughter had the fish tacos they were also great. The waiter was attentive and the food came out promptly. I will definitely go back again the next time I visit my daughter in NYC.
I was taking my mother-in-law out for a late Mother’s Day dinner and we wanted to try somewhere new as we do every year. The food was delicious I must say. But our reservations was set for 5pm and when we arrived we were asked to sit at the bar because they were still getting ready for dinner. As always, it was a delightful experience. Except for when the mixed up my order with my friend's ( she ordered spinach I ordered kale) everything tasted delicious.
