I went there with my cousin to catch-up and she suggested Chocolat it was a beautiful place with great energy. I enjoyed the waitress who was very good but it took a little while for us to get our drinks and the portions were small on the lamb chops. The food was very good. I'd like to go back again.
Early dinner for 2ppl- $220?!? Unrealistic. That was a $100 meal for 2 at best. Nothing special, nothing fancy. The drinks were good. Food has flavor. I want for the happy hour at the bar. The crowd was very friendly and the bartender was nice. For me, the music was a little bit loud, but I'm old.
I took my mother to Chocolate Restaurant & Lounge to celebrate her 75th Birthday. Our reservations were for 1:30 pm. The hostess (forgot name) was nice enough to take us early. For an early afternoon brunch the ambiance was just right. The one negative - the wait time for additional service. Meaning, when food and beverages were served we asked for condiments which took about 15 to 20 minutes to arrive. By then we no longer wanted the items. They seemed to be a bit short handed with servers. It took some time to get our food and refills on drinks, but the food was delicious and so were the cranberry Mimosa
The service was outstanding . The Jerk Chicken was spicy,. Just the way I like it. Highly recommend this dish
