I wanted to spend the first weekend of the New Year with positive people. One of my good friends suggested Chocolate Restaurant Lounge. Everything about the venue was great. I plan events that allow women to get together, bond, create memories and enjoy good food! I am big on customer service and the staff at Chocolat Restaurant Lounge exceeded my expectations. My girlfriends and I had such a great time.
I loved my experience here. It was my first time and my server was super cool. Her name was Tyice' or something like that. Very attentive when it came down to those mimosas and her glasses were cool lol. Thanx
The food is great! The staff were friendly and polite. Worth the wait if you can get a table!
Our server was great although a little overwhelmed. Our table was given away because we were 25 min late and could not call from the train. We waited to be seated but it took a very long time and several apologies. Food and atmosphere was great for a Friday night, Manager was attentive and accommodating as best as possible.
The food, service and ambience were far better than most places. The only dissappointment was the cocktails were a bit odd tasting. I would definitely return, though.
I went for brunch with three of my friends on a Saturday morning. The waitor was very attentive and was very quick to top our unlimited mimosas. The food was okay my friends and I had pancakes with berries there could have been more berries to better go with the amount of pancakes we had. The overall experience was good. I Would most likely go back for brunch and try a different dish.
I think the waitress didn't give us enough time to check out, she gave us the check when we wasn't ready. I think the biggest no no was when she invited my boyfriend to come back and visit her.
Service was great, some aspect of the meal could have been better (stuffing was not great and the mac&cheese was dry)
I enjoyed my dining experience overall, although the service could have been a little better. But, I would return in hopes of a better experience on my next visit.
