Overall the experience was great! There were times where it could be overwhelming, like when we would get paperwork with like 4 hours notice before it needed to be completed. But everything was done on time, they were never hard to get ahold of, and they answered our questions accurately and quickly.

Chris and his team were top notch at walking us through the financing process. He supported us early on when were trying to figure out the right strategy for our next move. Over the next 4 months he was always supported us not just for our next purchase but even in the sale of our existing home however he could. I would recommend him for both experienced buyers as well as first time buyers. The video emails he provides we especially enjoyed! Async comms are especially helpful with two kids.
