I loved how Chris kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer questions and never once acted like I was asking stupid questions - or answering the same question yet another time. And I am sure that happened a lot! He was on top of things and didn't wait till the last minute - which was a huge benefit when we found out that Cooke County had lowered the income amount for down payment assistance. And I am out of characters but I am not done bragging!

There was a constant flow of communication and plenty of patience with all my questions which I'm sure was redundant at times. Chris also had plenty of patience when working with me and my sleep schedule. (I work nights). Chris and his team were also able to knock out setting up a loan and closing successfully with less than a month's notice. Lastly, Chris and his team were able to save me money and were more forthcoming tha the loan officer I was previously working with. Absolutely outstanding!

Chris was very professional throughout the entire journey. He was able to answer all of my questions and keep our anxiety down. We really enjoyed the weekly updated videos he would send out and the entire process was smooth as possible. Highly recommend Chris and the team! 5 STARS isn't enough he really deserves 10!

Chris and his team were easy to work with, communicated well, and closed quickly. Also, Chris makes short videos that walk you through your options, clicking through the same screen that you have available in front of you. This proved invaluable for my wife and I, since she often has many questions that are sometimes hard for me personally to explain in an easy way. Plus, we can continually reference the video if we need to.
