I highly recommend working with Chris. He made an effort to quickly respond to my questions through emails, phone calls, or meeting me at my local bank branch. This was my first home purchase, and he was very patient when explaining the loan terminology, necessary documents, and what to expect along the way. Buying a new home is a stressful process, but Chris and his team made the process much easier!

I am so happy that we went with US Bank and more specifically, Chris Covalle and his team. Originally, I had planned to go through our bank (BofA), but his service and level of professionalism from the very beginning was definitely the best. I first met Chris when I was considering purchasing in Chicago, and was already a customer of the bank. Fast forward a few years, and Chris was handled my mortgage for a house purchase in Salt Lake City on a short closing timeline. My realtor was a bit anxious about working with someone so far away, but she found Chris and his team extremely responsive. From my perspective it was all really easy, and I appreciate that.

I have had the pleasure of working with Chris first in 2013 to purchase my home and then again in May 2019 to sale that home and purchase a new home.
