Better communication and timing from the team when documents were required from myself to EPM and from EPM to the settlement company. Not only were final documents only completed the night before closing which made getting my cashiers check stressful, but the final documents had typos in multiple places that the settlement representative had to white out and fix. Nobody communicated between the company I sent the same document multiple times to which some people said it was accepted and others didn’t. Only communication I had was an hour long phone call about how interest rates work every week nothing regarding the loan or the process involved in getting the loan.
