Besides not getting returned phone calls from Brian and Jennifer and even yourself dealing with your company certainly raised my anxiety level. You and your employees should be aware of the what it is like to deal with a mortgage application and maybe they would be more helpful. The conclusion of this was also handled extremely poorly and not to my satisfaction. Even if there was no issue with the credit card the papers were not completed and would not have been delivered for a Monday close.
