Chris was an indefatigable and lavishly generous partner and guide in this process, who made himself available at all hours of day and night (literally--at one point, he was walking around a dark campground [I called him during an outing] with a laptop at 10 PM, trying to find a WiFi hotspot, simply to track down an e-mail which had gone astray!); he's thorough, competent, friendly, level-headed, and it was a joy to work with him.
