Chris is an exemplary professional with a lot of industry knowledge and experience. His service was great but I must say that I did not enjoy the lack of trust from the underwriters. Trus is one if not the most important thing in business and having individuals question my word is not something I've ever dealt with, thus leaving a very bad impression, wondering if future experiences will be the same.
