For starters. I am a first time homeowner, I heard countless stories from the good, the bad and the ugly. Chris set a standard so high that if I do buy another home I will only go through him/team again. Chris exceeded my expectations, outstanding communications and I had numerous questions that would range at time 3 - 5 a day and would receive responses later in the evening as well as on weekends which I wasn't anticipating a response until Monday. There was a lot of miscommunication between the staff. I would send documents to one person and they did not pass the information to the next person. The staff that I worked with were very unpleasant and unprofessional in the way they communicated with me.

The loan officer Rosalyn Cooper was not very helpful. She didn?? provide any Alternatives or solutions. She wood never answer her phone when I call her. I felt like she didn?? like me from the start. She was very unpleasant. She forgot to factor in all of our debt Which caused problems in the end. It was a total nightmare. Mr diamond was very helpful and professional. I would recommend Diamond mortgage minus Rosalyn Cooper. She don?? like people or her job.

The whole process felt rushed and disjointed; so many errors-to my detriment-last minute signatures which continued through right to closing day. I felt always like an after thought and when I began to communicate that started to feel more of an adversary, so those are the reasons why I gave the review that I did, nothing personal but just glad it is over.

The lack of communication and organization was unbelievable had the worst experience tried calling in because rates had fallen and was told basically o??ell we already locked you in and the paperwork would just be to much to help you save another $40,000 on your home Diamond Residential Mortgage company has turned in to something it never was back in 2017
