During the offer period, the selling agent refused our lender. We had three hours to find and get approved by a new one or we would lose the house. Our real estate agent recommended Chris and we couldn't have been happier. He got us approved in no time and was helpful and thoughtful throughout the process. We were in a jam and needed to close early and Chris came through again. We closed 7 days early! This was great after hearing all of the horror stories about closing on a home in this market\n\n

Chris is extremely professional and personable. We had a somewhat unique set of circumstances and two previous lenders were unable to structure a loan to meet our needs. Chris listened, understood our needs, and exceeded our expectations. He works with an excellent group of people at Hallmark. There were no delays or unpleasant surprises. We highly recommend Chris and Hallmark!
We had a somewhat unique set of circumstances and two previous lenders weren't able to structure a loan to meet our needs. Chris listened, understood our needs and made the whole process smooth and easy. We closed in less than 30 days....found our home just after Thanksgiving and closed just after Christmas, which we thought was amazing, given the holidays that we had to work around, and the fact that we were located 600 miles away during the closing process. Major kudos to Chris and everyone at Hallmark.
